What we collect and why
Information you give us
Name, contact details, date of birth, address and any documents you upload during registration or enrollment. Counselling notes recorded by our staff are stored against your enquiry.
How we use it
To run your admission, maintain attendance and academic records, issue invoices and certificates, and contact you about your batches. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see it
Staff at your branch, the teachers of your batches, and administrators. Parents linked to a student account can see that student's attendance, fees and results.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or export your data at any time by writing to info@reosit.in.
